Shipping from China
Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. Please take this into account when placing your order. Due to international shipping, customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery. These costs are at the customer's expense and are not covered by James New York.

Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00) are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time:
Our delivery time is 6-10 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on the destination and any customs delays. The total time from order to delivery, including processing, is 7-13 business days.
Shipping Options:
We offer standard free delivery within the United States. There are no additional shipping options.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items at support@james-newyork.com for further instructions on how to return your order. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
